Netwel's Allbuddy Tracker Android Application is applicable for all the firms having a field force be it Sales executives, field agents, promoters, service personnel, delivery boys etc. The main issue faced by the firms today, is the inability to track the real-time position of their field agents. Chances may arise that the agents skip meetings or places assigned to them for visiting and provide a fake report or give an excuse. This harms the productivity and performance.

Newtel understands these issues and has developed a robust application catering to such firms in any industry or sector. Our technical experts have developed the Allbuddy Tracker Application, to track the historical and live position of the field agents, the attendance and leave reports, target visit performance, and all such details which a manager needs for assessing his/her field force work output.

Mobile App

The requirement for the Application to work is very simple. An Android smartphone, GPS & internet connectivity is all that is needed for the App to function properly. For managers, a web module will serve as the admin panel, the URL of which can be opened on any device (Desktop/laptop preferred for better view of location tracking)

Key Agent App features:   This encompasses some of the standard features of the Allbuddy Tracker for tracking and deriving optimal output from every field agent.


.   Real-time status of entire work force : The real-time location of every agent will be tracked and displayed in the web module, available to the managers to keep an eye on the current status of all agents in a single window.

.   Offline Tracking : In case of lost data connectivity, the location will be stored on the server and will be synced in as, and when the internet connectivity is back.

.   Two Way Messaging : A channel for two-way communication between the agent (using app) and manager (using web module) is available for important information sharing. The managers can communicate with all the agents through one tab in the Web Module.

.   Meeting Reports : The status of the meetings, including the waiting time, meeting start and end time with Geo tags can be submitted by the agents through the application, which can be easily viewed by the managers in their web module

.   Attendance Report :  Attendance Punching with geo-fencing to ensure agents are working within assigned territory. The manager can see the historical date wise attendance to see the total check in time of his/her field agents in a span of time.

.   Leave Application : The agents can apply for leaves directly through the AllBuddy Tracker in real-time and Managers can approve it through the web module.

.   Route Directions : The agents will be getting directions using Google maps to their assigned task locations in the App itself.

.   Geo-fencing feature : If the manager wants to track the agents in a territory, that can be done by geo-fencing the agents workplaces in a given radius.

.   Historical Location Information : The filters can be applied as date wise, for which the reports of location of agents is needed. The report will be available for Manager’s view in the Web Module.

.   Travelled Distance : by the agents on any given date can be viewed by the Manager from the Web Module.

.   Smooth functioning : Once the app starts, it runs quietly in the background and requires no human interaction.It continues to run even after the tracked phone reboots.

.   Task Management : Managers can map the outlets to be visited by the agents and also assign daily tasks.

.   Integration with existing ERP/CRM.

.   Service Points Marking : Mark your Retailer, Distributor, Offices and Shops on MAP.

.   View Markers based on Category / State / City.

.  Option to enter the status of visiting client: available/on leave/busy/scheduled some other date.

.   Performance Evaluation : Targets, Performance, Leader board & Achievement Badges view.
